Booking requests
Submitting a request does not reserve the camp or charge a payment. Hosts review dates and stay details before approving a request. Applicable taxes, payment arrangements, and cancellation terms must be agreed before payment. Your private reservation page shows your request’s status.
The off-grid camp experience
Camp Two Hearted is a rustic, off-grid property. Power is limited. Bring drinking and cooking water. There is no running water inside the cabins. The camp restroom is an outhouse, and the outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen are seasonal. River access follows a steep rustic path. The access road is seasonal; vehicle access is not guaranteed in winter. Discuss access needs and conditions with your hosts before booking. Guests are expected to leave camp clean and remove all trash.
Information used to manage your stay
The booking form collects your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, guest count, and any notes you choose to share. Camp’s owners use this information to review requests, communicate about stays, and keep booking and payment records. Booking records are accessible only to authorized owners and through your private reservation link. Keep that link private.
Payments
When card payments are connected, card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout. This site does not store card numbers. Other payment methods and instructions, if offered, are shown after host approval. Refunds are subject to the terms agreed for your stay and are handled by the host through the relevant payment provider.
Guest reviews
The review form collects a display name, private email address, rating, optional stay month and title, and review text. With your permission, the display name, rating, stay month, title, and review may appear publicly after host review. Your email address is not published. Reviews are moderated and are not automatically verified stays. Contact the hosts to request a correction or removal.
Camp merchandise
The Camp Shop may display planned merchandise as Coming soon. These items cannot be purchased yet. Available items link to Stripe checkout, where customers review product options, delivery charges, applicable taxes, and return terms before paying. The hosts manage order fulfillment and returns. This website does not collect or store card details.
Maps and outside services
The location page embeds Google Maps. Loading that map contacts Google, which may process connection and device information under its own privacy policy. Facebook, Airbnb, product image hosts, and Stripe links are external services with their own policies.
Site preferences and outside links
This site does not use advertising trackers or a marketing mailing list. The owner dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in to restrict access. External links take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Contact Camp Two Hearted through the official Facebook page linked on the home page to ask about a reservation, correct information, or request removal of information that does not need to be retained for a booking or payment record.
